Earlier this year, we were delighted to connect with a new overseas client who showed strong interest in our sublimation mugs. After understanding the customer's requirements, we carefully prepared and shipped product samples for evaluation.
The customer was highly impressed with the excellent coating quality, vibrant sublimation performance, and overall craftsmanship of our mugs. While visiting China in June to attend an industry exhibition, the client also arranged a special trip to our Zibo sublimation mug factory to gain a deeper understanding of our manufacturing capabilities.
During the factory tour, the client visited our production workshops, sublimation coating lines, quality inspection procedures, and packaging operations. Our advanced production process, strict quality control system, and stable manufacturing capacity received high recognition, giving the customer even greater confidence in our ability to support future business growth.
